Sadly, we cannot provide asset downloads via an email or in another format, due to security concerns, as I am sure you can appreciate. Having said that, sometimes certain restrictions on your browser or machine can prevent Unity from opening when you click that button. In regards to the 'Open in Unity' button not working, this is most likely due to either not having the Unity Hub and/or Editor open on your machine at the same time.
